Wesley Stillman
Wes is the founder of Right Size Solutions (2002) and is its Principal Shareholder.

Wes has over 30 years of experience managing technology and technology consulting operations within the financial service, technology, and transportation sectors. His positions have included National Advisors Trust Company, FSB (Director of Technology), Comdisco (Vice President of Technology Sales and Senior Technology Consultant), Midwest Consulting Group (Senior Consultant), and Yellow Technology Services (Director of Technology). Wes is an experienced technologist whose clients have included major airlines, insurance companies, health care providers, banks and other financial institutions.

Michael Baker
Mike became a Right Size Solutions principal in 2007. He is founder, President and CEO of Bancroft Associates, a Birmingham based consulting firm which has focused on turn around and change management since 2001. For more than 30 years, Mike held trust, brokerage, and private banking senior management positions with a number of financial institutions, including National Advisors Trust Company, FSB (CEO), AmSouth Bancorporation (Head of Wealth Management), Barnett Trust Company, NA (CEO), Allied Brokerage Company (CEO), and Allied Trust Company (CEO). Mike is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and is a director of Patriot Bank (Clearwater, Florida).

James B. Jensen III
James is a Right Size Solutions principal. He has over 10 years of experience in computer engineering, programming, and information technology design, modification, and set-up. After studying computer engineering at Kansas State University, James worked in UMB Bank’s investment management area. After working at UMB for a number of years he went on to work for Sprint as a Network Provisioner before joining the technology group at National Advisors Trust Company, FSB in 2001. He joined Right Size Solutions in 2006.

Ryan C. Stillman
Ryan joined Right Size Solutions in July 2010.  After serving our country for 8 years in the military, Ryan retired to pursue an Information Technology career with Right Size Solutions.
